Dynamic Line Ratings Task Force (DLRTF) The Dynamic Line Ratings Task Force (DLRTF) was created as the next phase of Interim Measures to Facilitate the Integration of Dynamic Ratings into PJM Operations. This stakeholder process will explore additional considerations related to DLR implementation, including notice of intent to implement DLR, impacts to ARR/FTR markets, and impacts to the Seasonal Ratings utilized within PJM Planning processes.
