6.24.2021 Docket No. ER21-2203-000 PDF
On June 24, 2021, in Docket No. ER21-2203-000, PJM submitted revisions to the PJM Tariff Part IV, Subpart A interconnection deficiency review deadline requirements to allow PJM additional time to meet these deadlines which are needed in light of the extremely large number of New Service Requests PJM has received in recent queue windows and expects to continue to receive, and to make other related Tariff changes. The proposed Tariff changes were subject to, and endorsed during, the PJM stakeholder process, and requested to be effective August 23, 2021.
6.22.2021 Docket No. EL21-82-000 PDF
On June 22, 2021, in Docket No. EL21-82-000, PJM submitted an answer in response to Jackson Generations L.L.C’s June 9, 2021 complaint (“Complaint”) explaining that it should be denied on the ground that the filing requirement detailed in the PJM Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.2(c) does not apply to all offer floor and other mitigation determinations, but rather only to those mitigation provisions “identified in such sections as subject to the procedures of this section [6.2(c)].”

On June 22, 2021, in Docket Nos. EL19-47-000 and EL19-63-000 (not consolidated), PJM submitted an answer to indicate that the default Market Seller Offer Cap proposed in the Joint Consumer Advocates’ reply brief represents a viable alternative option for the Commission’s consideration in the event the Commission declines to adopt PJM’s proposed default Market Seller Offer Cap.
