The council provides advice to PJM on issues and challenges related to diversity, inclusion and the achievement of the organization’s diversity and inclusion objectives. Employee Resource Groups Employee resource groups offer PJM employees an opportunity to share a connection and build networks based on attributes such as personal interests, identity, role, or membership in a particular organization.
